Here now! Urgent help needed!
DH has collapsed, fainted, cut his head and had a seizure. He is in his way to the hospital and I’m waiting for an Uber to take me. I’m so shaken up and on my own. All my insurance info is on my phone, how does it all work? I have no idea what I’m supposed to do?! Can anyone help me or give me any advice please?

Yes as kc1 has said you need to call insurance and see what they say.
I hope your husband is ok, you must be so worried.

Ok. Easy to say but count to ten and start the process as follows.
Get to the Hospital and see how your Husband is doing. Then ring the Insurers via the admin office at the Hospital. They are well used to overseas visitors and will help you. Grab a coffee and be there for when they call you for an update. Should you need anything tomorrow give me a shout as I’m not far from you. Take care.

Don't panic about the insurance. They will not turn away a patient brought in by ambulance. They will probably ask for ID and a credit card for security. As already said above they will be very used to foreign tourists.
If you haven't left yet grab his ID now.

Do you know what hospital you are going to? They will probably let you stay with him in the ER. There are very few Covid restrictions here.

I will be up for a few hours if you need any more help. I am far too familiar with US hospitals due to my daughter.
