I’ve not had any problems. Sometimes (often now) you have to wait a few minutes for the chat bubble to appear on the login page.

I called them last night and they were helpful as ever. I have never had issues with them and found them fantastic throughout lockdown.

Since we joined in 2003 I have never had any problems with Member Services staff and always find them professional, courteous, helpful and friendly.

Sad to say that Month on Month the gap between the standard of Member Service Staff and other Call Centre Staff is getting wider and wider. Most places seem to have adopted the attitude of 'what can I do not to help you'.

Yes I think it makes a big difference we are effectively employing them directly through our dues via appointment of the managing agents.
