Universal have said the story is the same and hasn’t changed inc Brandon Fraser at the end of the ride (there where rumours of changes and away from the being on the set element) they have said the work they have varied out is changing the control panel/booth and that controls every aspect of the ride and complex process to change which is why needed to be shut for the period of time it has been. They didn’t mention anything about track being replaced or give any further hint on an opening date.

You’d hope with Rip Ride Rockit being closed from 21st that they’d have Mummy back by then - otherwise Universal not great that week!

I’d guess that week is a typically quiet week which is why it is scheduled for then

Wouldn’t read too much into it, if anything the wording is kinda odd? You’d think it would be open for 15th. Only a few days to go until we find out.
