I’ve been on to the Osceola county website and they don’t seem to have a live chat function. You can send them an email request, which I’ve already done, but they don’t seem very quick to reply and I’d rather know the answer like yesterday lol

You will absolutely not have a problem at the theme parks. They do not have depeuties walking around checking disabled hang tags. The parking lot attendants even have the authority to let people without tags use the spaces if they have a wheelchair etc.

Can we use our blue badges to park at the onsite hotel car parks parking bays ( when staying onsite) , and also at the parks disabled bays ( never used them before as this is the first time having blue badge ) ?

You’ll have absolutely no problems anywhere at Disney or any other theme park for that matter. They will all be aware of you being able to use your blue badge and are always very accommodating.
Always ensure when driving up to any toll plaza or security gate to have your badge visible so they can direct you to the disabled spaces. They filter cars dependent on where they need to go (disabled, priority parking or regular) so it just makes life easier for you and then when you get there
