Sorry another DAS question!

I’m just trying to understand how it all works.
Is there some occasion when you can’t get a DAS return time ?
I’d it like fast pass / Genie are there a finite number of slots per day, do the busiest ride stop giving out DAS times in early part of the day.

Usually only if a ride has gone down.

No, DAS slots never run out. If there's a standby wait time then you'll be offered a return time, as long as it's before park closing.

We found that when the ride wasn't available it was usually the ride was down but for Rise of the Resistance it was also when the wait time was way over 2 hours. Not sure if they worked out return time was after park close or something but we weren't able to book then.
