Gift card from Attraction tickets

Morning all,
I have 10 days until travel day. I am awaiting my gift cards from attraction tickets. First I was told they would be posted to me as a physical ticket three weeks before travel day. Nothing arrived so I contacted them. They replied and said as our travel date was near they would send me something to download and I would receive that by Friday. Nothing. Queried again and they apologised and promised I would receive it in plenty of time for my holiday. Still nothing.
Can anyone tell me how they received theirs - this will be my daughters spending money and we are awaiting $400 as we booked two rooms.
Has anyone had to wait till closer to their holiday or do I need to ring them and complain?

In April this year it was a downloadable gift card in your account. It was only available a few weeks before travel.

I printed them off and also saved to everyone's Google pay.

I also printed off the page about the dining credits in case there was any issues.

Thank you. That’s what they told me most recently, but there is still nothing to download.
Looks like I will be giving them yet another ring today…

When you log into your account can you see where they should be?

Ours had a tab with all the hotel info, another tab with the Disney tickets and then our free magic bands to download and the gift cards.

The gift cards and magic band tabs were greyed out and had a date on saying when they would become available to download.

I could always see them, just not do anything with them till 2 or 3 weeks before the holiday.

If there isn't anything showing in your account then you will have to speak with them to get it sorted

Yes it was always in the tickets to post section. We have downloaded all the other items ie, the magic bands etc.
It is still in the tickets to post section but because time is running out, they are supposed to be changing it to the download section.

I booked with them and we travel next week.
All my documents were available to download within 5 minutes of me paying my balance online.
I’ve got a voucher for free magic bands, a print out with details of the dining credit, but the gift card seems to be ready to use as the download includes a card number and a PIN number

Thanks all. It’s been sorted by ATD today and we have been able to download them and add them to our apple wallet.

Time to get excited! 😁

Did you have to phone or did it just get sent to you to download?

Mine was waiting there to download the minute I paid my balance, I've had it in my apple wallet for a few weeks now and we go on the 1st of September.
