Toothsome
Hi there, we’ve never been and I’m not sure whether to visit this time. It’s actually probably just the desserts we’d be interested in - are these available to go? Also any thoughts welcome on Toothsome food in general 😀

We ate there a few years ago. To be honest I was more interested in the savoury menu than the sweets. I did get a cake from the shop downstairs which was expensive and awful so while I would go back for the restaurant itself I would buy any cakes. That said the milkshakes with cakes and donuts etc don’t appeal to me.

😆maybe it’s style over substance on this one, I think I’ve seen more people say they don’t rate it more than those who do

We enjoyed the milkshakes but we had two between 4. We sat in the bar area at the entrance so we didn't need a reservation.

We ate here on the last day of our last trip. My sons chicken burger was amazing, the rest, pasta, chicken and mash, and burger was just ok, not great at all. May have just been bad ordering.
The milkshakes and desserts were lovely but we would just grab one to go if we ever went back. |

I would give it a pass. It looks way cooler than it actually is.
Food was mediocre and the milkshakes, while amazing looking (or whilst for you folks), really were not anything special at all. Save your money. Glance through their gift shop...and go to Cowfish instead. |

From my experience I would have said the complete opposite.
I really enjoyed the food at toothsome but cowfish was no better than a cheap quick serve.

We love the food here and it’s great with kids. We’ve never booked before just done walk up but I’ve actually made a reservation for a few days after we arrive as we are staying at Cabana Bay so handy to nip there for Dinner.

Food was ok TBH, milkshakes were good but not as good as they look if that makes sense? The star actually are the chocolates, they are really good, obviously they are not cheap but by far the best that we have ever sampled!
