When to Pack?

We go 4 weeks on Sunday and we have just moved house last weekend - so everything is a bit chaotic

When does everyone start to park? Is 4 weeks too early 😂😂

We have thrown bits in a bag but need to do a proper list of things we need to get

Depending on how excited I am cases are usually out 2 weeks before and I start a gradual pack

It's up to you. There's no set time. I go in September and did most of my packing weeks ago. I just need to put in a few clothes the weekend before I go.

Not really any answer. Some people pack months, even a year in advance, for some reason, and others throw things in to a case just before they leave for the airport. I'll be getting my suitcase down probably five days before and put things in gradually until one final check the morning of. If you want to start packing four weeks out then go for it

We're going in a week and a bit and I've got the cases out in the spare room and have been laying things out on the bed as I think of them. I'll probably start organising things like toiletries this weekend and putting a few clothes in packing cubes and we'll do the final packing next weekend.

We fly Thursday, go to airport hotel on Wednesday. DH and DS will get everything out that they want packing on Sunday, I will pack Monday while they are at work. Add those odd things that were forgotten on Tuesday and then the cases are closed and everyone let’s out a cheer!

Clearly I'm not as organised as everyone else, I've starting packing today for our journey down to Heathrow on Sunday.

Just washing the last bits and finishing up tomorrow!

We are flying 4 weeks on Sunday from Birmingham with Tui. Not even thought about packing yet. Need to start!

We’re heading to the Sofitel at Gatwick tomorrow and we’re still not fully packed.

We head to the airport a week Monday.

I've got bits stored all together (sun creams etc) already. We bought 2 new cases so they're already here, and daughter just got back from Texas recently, so her case is still out.

Next week Mon-Fri is a bit hectic with work and appointments etc, so we'll start with the boys packing this weekend and gathering all bits. I've got lists upon lists already. Then, next weekend, we'll finish the packing, clean the house and pick up any last bits we need.

So, in answer to your question, about 9 days before leaving home!
