With regards to flight tickets, I noticed a bit on the OF website about needing to ring for your booking number with the airline. If I hadn’t seen that we would still be waiting on flight info just 10 days out! Anyway I rang then used the number given to me to register with United Airlines app, where I could manage checking in and seats etc.

Agree that this isn’t OF fault, however as a booking agent/your operator I would expect a better response than “you are the airlines responsibility”
Did you have paper park tickets or digital?

Good Morning, I wanted to share further information to try and reassure you on connecting flights.

By booking a package holiday with us or any ATOL holder we are responsible for making sure your holiday goes ahead.

When we book a flight with an airline, the connecting flights are typically part of the one booking and the airline is aware of any international passengers who are connecting to a domestic flight.

Globally, 2022 has been and continues to be a very difficult year for airlines with flight schedules constantly changing for all the reasons we are familiar with in the news.

Where you have a short connection, the best thing to do is travel knowing that the airline wants you to catch your flights and your tour operator is responsible for making sure the holiday is delivered.

I hope that helps and sorry for any anxieties your short connection may cause.

Just wondering if your bags are loaded but passengers aren't what would happen? Would they offload bags or load you
If you're not on the flight they will offload your bags

yes i know but it may be quicker to load the missing passenger than unload the bag!

Just Disney, and we were given a booking code to add to MDE and got our virtual ticket from there.

Yesterday (10 days before our holiday) we got our accommodation voucher for Disney, but I’m already checked in through the MDE app

my son had actual tickets arrive yesterday. I think Disney Ultimate Ticket and it says Disney FastPass on the front. Not sure what that means for him. Universal tickets are said to be sent out nearer the date. He's not staying on site. I think he's going to attempt linking them to the app at the weekend when we can get together to plan.

Not long left on your countdown, you must be getting super excited 😁

Hello all just to update the thread. In the event the layover process went smoothly and in our case the second flight was actually delayed due to storms, so we ended up having time to get dinner in the layover airport.
