I've used it for booking for this year. So far so good, owner been very helpful. Cancellation policy was clear. Got stung in 2021 for a villa deposit as we couldn't travel and did it direct with owner, so felt more comfortable using a third party site this time.

We have used them quite a few times when they were home away. No issues at all.

They are like a broker so once you book,I would judge by the communication with the actual villa owner. You pay service charges but that is supposed to protect your booking.

When are you looking to go and what area you looking at? How big a villa?

See if the villa has a website, if there are more than 10 great reviews I’d go for it! I’m surprised the company has such bad reviews on trust pilot. Id research and find out as much as I can about the property, message and ask questions x

We are here at the moment, we booked through vrbo and are staying at Vista Cay. We’ve had no problems with them and are very happy with our accommodation.
