I usually make our bookings, but when I have made changes / cancelled, I have always been asked if I have the permission of all passengers. So I don’t know if there is a concept of a lead passenger or that it is considered “my” booking.

We book with BA and use executive club membership cards, so we both get updates and both can see our flights on the app anyway.

I had this a few weeks back when they cancelled our flights I never got new e-tickets even tho I was the lead passenger and I booked but my dad one of the other guests got the email with the new e-tickets 🤷 Very strange indeed
