Mobile Disney partner hotel package - tickets?

Currently at Gatwick, awake too early, and thought how on earth do we get our Disney tickets!? We booked a package with WDW U.K. at the Doibletree suites by Hilton and all my tickets show on the App but can anyone advise how we get the actual physical tickets we need to get in to Epcot tomorrow morning plesse? We don’t all have smartphones.

So long as you have access to everybody’s tickets on a smart phone, you can use that. You don’t need to have a phone each, but it can slow things down a little bit, particularly if you are using Genie+ as well. I think you would need to go to guest services at the park if you want to get a physical ticket each.

We took a print out of our ticket receipt/voucher to the will call window on the morning we wanted to enter the first park of the holiday. Took 5 minutes to issue us with plastic card tickets. Remember to take passport/photo ID of the lead passenger or they will not issue them.

Thanks Claudette. We want to make the most of our early body clock tomorrow and get in for early entry so that’s helpful to know. Definitely want to get real tickets after that though so everyone can come and go as they please.

Ooh! Thankyou! Did you need your actual passport or just a photo of it plus actual driving licence?

We had our actual passport so I don’t know if they will take a photo/driving licence. They were quite strict with it though and were turning away another family to the side of us who didn’t have their ID

I would try Guest Services @ Disney Springs once you arrive this afternoon/evening. Alternatively see if anyone in the Disney shop @ Doubletree Suites can help.

Either of the above might save you queuing for guest services at the park in the morning.

Have a great trip xx
