Senior discount

So in Florida, senior discounts appear to be offered at a lower age. At Kohls it used to be aged 50 or above but I've found they've now increased it to 60. Kohls senior day is Wednesday. Does anyone know of any other stores that offer senior days and what day they are? My Mum is over 55 but under 60...so any over 55 suggestions would be welcome 😊 I realise this is shopping forum...but any over 55 discounts in restaurants that anyone knows of? Thanks!

Ross dress for less is 10% off on Tuesday's.
TJ Maxx 10% off on Monday's.
I can't recall the age senior discounts start for the above but we've never been asked for identification.

Marshalls (sister company of TJ Maxx) also give the 10% discount; think it’s Tuesday.
They & TJ Maxx never ask for ID; in our experience, they apply the discount at the till to anyone appearing mid-40s or over.

So with the senior discount do you not have to be a resident, also do you need to show proof of age 🤔
