Problem with Points lost on DVC Site

hello,

I have a Problem. I cancelled our trip for 2021. I used Banked 2020 and 2021 and some borrowed 2022 points.

The points activity chart tells me that 127 points are going back to my account. but my account only shows 111 points in 2021 use year and 2022 is still the same ( there are no points coming back)

Do you know where the problem is?

I couldn�t see our refunded dvc points via the online system either. When I booked for 2021 the person on the phone could see them and it was fine...

I can see all my points, but 16 points are missing.

I want to book a nee reservation. but i need the 16 points :-)

How long ago did you do the cancellation? I think it's a manual process and can take up to a couple of weeks if not done there and then by the CM. You may have to ring MS if you need to sort it immediately.

I cancelled yesterday. most of the points are back as usual, that is the curios thing :-)
