Hiya,
Has anyone been there recently? If so, can you give me some reviews on your stay? We usually stay in a villa but as it's just us 4 this year, we decided to stay on I-Drive with the plans to be able to walk to restaurants & chill a bit more at night as we have 2 young kids with us (age 3 & 1). Wee bit nervous about the 4 of us sharing a hotel room & feeling cramped but I guess we won't be in the room very much (well I hope not!). Thank you! |

We've stayed 3 times (last time in 2015 when they'd just finished a massive refurbishment). We're staying again in April as we like it so much. It's in a great location for numerous restaurants within easy walking distance. The pool area is lovely too.

We stayed there in 2015 also, it was a great hotel. Perfect area & very reasonably priced when we booked. I would definitely recommend & stay there again.

We stayed there last month for the first five days of our trip and really enjoyed it. The whole hotel looks nice. It's very convenient for The Pointe. The gym is pretty good, too. We were very lucky and they upgraded us to a suite, so we had two big rooms between the two of us, but four in one room might be a bit tight.

We use this hotel if we have guests in our villa for a night or two - its a great location and the rooms are comfortable. One thing you will find though staying in a hotel if you are used to a villa you are paying to eat out a lot more so you aren't all in the room all of the time.

Thanks everyone! Sounds like we've picked a good place to stay.
Will maybe think about upgrading to a suite but will all depend on cost. Other thing I meant to ask - do they have laundry facilities? Loved that I could do all our washing at the villa last year before coming home |

They have laundry facilities on a few floors. Large washers and dryers. Like you say, it's great to take cases of clean clothes home, saves having to deal with the overflowing laundry basket when you've got jet lag.

We stayed in July for 11 nights, 2 adults and a 8 year old. We liked it, we didn't get a refurbished room but they looked very nice, if I was going back I'd make sure to request one.
The location was great. I did a dining review for the trip it's in the dining reports but if you want to read it.
