We did the park and airboat tour last year and really enjoyed it, thinking of doing it again, funds permitting.

We did the sloth encounter in 2015, it was amazing, there was only our party of 6 in it, spent about half an hour with the sloth, it was the male one, as the female had just had a baby.
We returned last year to "poke a porcupine" as it was cooled in our house, just me and hubby with the girls, we fed and stroked them as much as we liked, spent ages nattering to the keeper, again amazing.
Went to do the airboat encounter and due to a mistake when we checked in, we couldn't get on, so we said we would return another day, the manager offered us a complementary encounter
We ended up with the lemurs, dad and two sons, again plenty of interaction with the lemurs, lots of feeding, ended up with one of them rustling through my hair
Would highly recommend this as a day out, can't wait to return later this year

Forgot to say, the porcupine encounter only cost us $5, they emailed me a voucher , maybe worth joining their list

We did it in 2015, it hadn't been open long I don't think so wasn't as popular as it now is.

We actually did a morning tour via Grayline which include the airboat ride (we don't hire a car), and we organised the encounter seperately via Wild Florida. We managed to spend the 1/2 day there without feeling bored, although if you aren't 'into' animals you can walk up and down the enclosures in about 20 mins.

As we go at a quiet time of year, we were actually the only 2 in the enclosure which was really cool, got to stroke him loads and feed him grapes.
