Nightmare on Church Street? ... I think...

The first time i went to florida was 1989 and we visited Church street and there was a ghost house - From what i remember it was the most terrifying experience ever. Is it still there? I heard rumours church street had gone then reopened then closed again? Whats the Latest?

If you look at churchstreetstation you get a page up with a box marked "Leasing Opportunities". When you click on this you get the following message:
Currently, Church Street Station is seeking quality, high-end retail, office and restaurant tenants for Spring 2002 occupancy. For more information, please contact:
Trammell Crow Company
(407) 425-9700

Doesn't sound like much is happening there, this being a year and a half later.
