A week in Islamorada, plans?

We stayed here the night on our way to Key West, we had breakfast here loreleicabanabar very friendly staff and beautiful views.

Another vote for Robbies, we ate breakfast here a few times and then fed the Tarpon.
Also recommend john pennekamp state park, its beautiful. Although check the times of the glass bottom boat before leaving as we just missed it! But we had a nice stroll around, Kayaked through the mangroves and spent a bit of time relaxing on a "beach" type area and swimming. Remember to pack a picnic and it goes with out saying..but plenty of bug spray!

Another vote for tarpon feeding at Robbie's and a meal at the Islamorada Fish Company while the sun goes down. Beautiful setting and stay to watch them feed the dinner scraps at dusk to the waiting tarpon and nurse sharks.

We stayed in Islamorada for 3 nights last may and its now my favourite place. We had a day trip to Key West. Definitely do-able in a day and a great drive there and back. We ate at Lorelei's on a Sat night which was brilliant - cheap and good food, live band and watched the sun going down. Visited Robbies on the weekend too and it was great - lively. Wished we'd taxi'd there and stayed for food/drinks. Weather was fantastic. Very jealous of you having a week there
