Is there a good range of Dairy free food?

Hi All.
We are heading out to Orlando in April and have a 18 month old that is dairy intolerant. I would imagine dairy free food is fairly accessible but does anyone know if it is well catered for in the supermarkets and restaurants or should we be prepared to take things with us? Thanks in advance.

Hello

Have a read through this thread - may be able to give you a steer on where to look and helpful tips on how to best accommodate their requirements.

There is another post on here about soy milk somewhere that I have just posted the same link on too.

you will have no problems at disney or in the supermarkets where there is a much wider choice than over here.
Alot of off site restaurants do have allergy friendly menus we ate mostly onsite but never had a problem finding something ds could eat when we went elsewhere.
The only real issue we had onsite was that they only stocked tiny single serve cartons of soy milk usually vanilla flavour that ds hated but we had no problems getting large cartons from walmart/target.

Yes! I ate well with a lactose intolerence- I even got a plate of special dairy free snacks at the Wishes dessert party. The US has so many dairy free foods- although the UK is finally catching up.

You should have no problem, Disney accommodates very well
