Adr 180+10

Hello,
The last time we were at Disney I had to call at 180 days to book our +10 days as their website didn't have the functionality to recognise the onsite entitlement. I was on the phone for almost an hour if I remember correctly. Can anyone tell me if I can now do this online? Don't want to spend an hour sorting it out if it's much quicker online? Can anyone advise?

So is the MDE app meant to recognise you're staying at a WDW resort and let you do it at 180 days +10?

Yes it is and it should open at 11am when you hit 180 days. You can then book the first 10 days worth of adrs

It's always worked online for me (5 times), so guess I've been lucky. As far as I'm aware it's working at the moment as I've not read any recent reports if it not working. However, that doesn't necessarily mean it will be in 2 weeks when it's your 180 days. You'll just have to try it on the day, but be prepared to call at 12pm if it doesn't work for whatever reason.

Today was my 180 +10 day. I logged onto my My Disney Experience app at 11am and was able to do it no problem.

Got everything I wanted except Trex but have applied for the Landry card so should be covered.

A very productive day got our ESTA's too 😁

We had the same problem when we went in 2013. We were on holiday when our 180 day window opened and had to phone them. Cost a fortune. Really hoping it works this time, fab news is our 180 day window opens on the Monday of half term so I will be off work for the whole week! Fab stuff

I have heard a few people have struggled on the website but switched to the app and been fine.

Thanks so much all of you 😀 So glad to hear I'm not going to have to sneak into a spare office somewhere at work to book restaurants like 6 months ahead. The questions I had from colleagues last time 😊 They thought I was bonkers
