Swimming with dolphins in the Florida Keys any good places?

We are planning to go to the Florida Keys in June as our planned visit next month had to be postponed due to my hospital visits. I would like to know if any one could recommend a good place to swim with dolphins as I have found several places via the internet but would really like a personal reference before I decide which place to swim at. We have been to Discovery Cove but would like a more structured swim actually in deep water, not necessarily in the sea.

Heres some info for you - most of these below seem to be near the Florida Keys.

Thanks for the links. The Pennekamp website looks as if has what I am looking for as we plan on spending 3 days in the Key Largo area.
