Is it better to take the 417 to 192 or go the 538 to i4?

I would always say to first time drivers or maybe those who are a bit nervous to use 417 every time. So much quieter than I-4.

It may be a toll but two or three dollars is not really a significant cost

I agree, it is much better. Even though I have enough experience of driving over there that I know my way around I still take this road as it's less taxing after a long flight and it gives me a chance to get a feel for the car I've got and how it handles without having to deal with heavy traffic

Would agree with that but if you are an experienced driver I wouldn't be overly put off by the I4 route.

Hi Mick

Yes the first toll booth you come to does still look the same as the google pic's you posted.

The road is a great improvement especially for anyone who hasn't landed at MCO before, we have watched it progress each time we arrive.

Thanks for that. As I said in my PP I've posted so many times on here that the first toll you hit is manned so you can get change I'd be embarrassed if they'd slipped a new unmanned one in

Mick

Ok did it last night there were two manned tolls on the 417 both cost 1.50 each I went as far as jct 2 to celebration and it was unmanned and cost .75

Easy ride but you have to be a bit wary as the right lane becomes and exit lane twice hope it helps

on my way back tomorrow

will do the celebration exit again its a great way to get to the airport...

Highly recommend for anyone going near the 192 just don't forget to get 25*3 for the junction 2 exit.

does anyone else hate taxi drivers driving like maniacs on the entry to airports frightens the life out me.
