Epcot monorail to contemporary resort
Is there a direct monorail from Epcot to Contemporary resort and back?
Unofficial guide seems to suggest there is but I thought you would have to change? Many thanks in advance. |

You go to the Transportation Center then get the resort Monorail

The guidebook is correct, just not very detailed
Its really straightforward and the monorail arrives and departs frequently from TTC |

Here's a little map showing how the monorail systems are set up:
There are TWO monorail services serving MK: 1. Express Monorail: has two stops, the TTC and MK. 2. Resort monorail: stops at TTC, Contemporary, MK, GF, Poly then back to TTC (in that order). Guests can use either monorail service. At peak times we've found it quicker to duck into the resort monorail loop rather than wait with the masses for the "express" monorail. Edited at 12:24 PM. |

On some days it's probably quicker lol - here's a walking map (10-15 mins on the outside I'd say):
