What to do with luggage

We are thinking seriously of doing a three night Disney Cruise, maybe staying one night at POP century then going on To do the , Cruise, then on to POFQ for fourteen nights. To cut a long story short, where do I put all my luggage. We won't want to take loads with us on the cruise. Any advice please.
