Western Caribbean Cruise - Visas and Currency?

We are doing a Western Caribbean Cruise with Celebrity in April out of Miami, calling at Cozumel, Grand Cayman, Jamaica and Haiti. Just got off the phone from DS who asked me if we would need visas. How stupid am I! Can't believe I haven't even considered this. As far as I can see we don't need any but thought I would just check with the experts on here.

Also are US dollars widely accepted in these ports of call or would we need local currency.

Thanks in advance for any helpful insight

We did a western and eastern cruise and didn't need anything extra. Also used dollars at all ports although took a credit card too just in case.

As above, no visas required. All Caribbean ports accept US dollars.

Thank you for the reassurance on this. I am now trying to find out if we need vaccinations. Have tried to research online. Think I may need to consult GP on this one as I can't seem to find a definitive answer😐

Our GP surgery uses the NHS Fit for Travel website to determine which vaccinations are required.

We were told no vaccinations/malaria treatment unless we were overnighting in port.
Been to Caribbean a few times on cruises and never yet had a jag.

Doing the same cruise with Celebrity out of Miami in a few days - taking only $$, no vaccinations and no visas
