My wife suffers terribly from motion sickness and was really concerned it would ruin our cruise. She took several remedies with her.
Three cruises later and she has not had to take anything for sickness and that includes being in rough seas last year.

I got seasick on the last cruise we did- May/June last year up to the Fjords- I went to the spa and had ear seeds put in by the acupuncturist- They were great- lasted all trip- even with washing my hair.
