The may have a 3.5mm jack as well as BT we have a couple of pairs of Bose and jbl ones that are BT but have jacks - if they are the in ear ones you will struggle

I have a pair of Bose headphones. They have a jack on the bottom of the left ear cup.

Most wireless on/over ear headphones have a socket to enable wired connection and should come with the appropriate lead.

As has been suggested, use the 'hard wire' option. That's what I did and the noise cancelling can still be switched on and used even though you're using the wire. I have Sony's mind you, but still think the Bose should do the same.

Another option if you want your headphones to still be wireless is to buy AirFly, it’s about £40 but you plug it in to IFE and then Bluetooth connect your headphones to it.

I've got a bluetooth transitter that I have connected to my TV at home for wireless headphone use.
Was planning to take this to plug into the IFE headphone socket and USB (for power) and then link headphones wirelessly to that. Will this work ? And more importantly, is it allowed ? |

you can try either
amazon/dp/B01MTXZH..._DfllDbNH2Q3KE amazon/dp/B07S8CPC...enextwebama-21 one is £25 one is £40, both fit into the plane headphone socket and allow you to use your bluetooth headphones. |

Personally I’d go with wired connection. That way, you are not reliant on the headphones battery lasting a whole flight!
