Oh hi sorry! Was doing stuff lol. I just did half white and half light brown sugar. And half milk half dark choc so it was more choccy... Xx

I did stick my sugar thermometer in only cos I have one to see how hot it was when it was boiling.. Be careful bubbling sugar is scary. I used mini mallows and it worked fine. I've read that it needs to reach about 234 temp but mine go to about 220-225 in about 5 mins of boiling. I did try to stir a bit too.

P.S. I like tips from someone who admits that bubbling sugar is scary! I can relate.
