I don’t really like posh sausages, or to be more specific, I really don’t like the thicker casing. I had some really great Irish pork sausages last week in a hotel in NI that were so tasty. I also love proper beef links out the butcher.
I know you mean link sausages, or artisan, but honestly for me the best sausage I’ve ever had is the square beef slice out the butcher at the bottom of my road. An absolute treat.
