Alamo (Virgin) Check In

How long before you fly can you do the on line check in for Alamo Virgin?

As when I log in it come up with

"Please enter proper values for first,last and confirmation Number. "

Any help as always gratefully appreciated

Have you got the dedicated Virgin check in link with your paperwork?
I tend to book 9 months in advance for a car and do the check in process a few weeks later but I could do it straight away.

There is a problem with the Virgin/Alamo website at the moment. I phoned them yesterday & I couldn't fill out some of the boxes.
They said to wait & try next week, should be fixed by then.

It's still giving me grief.

Is it the 7 digit booking reference? Or should there be another number

When did you actually make the booking? What we have found is that Virgin take around 4-5 working days to inform Alamo of the booking and after that time you should be able to check in. Good luck

I managed to check in ok yesterday, I used my Virgin booking ref & it found my details.

All sorted, they had to give me a different reference as the virgin one hadn't seemed to attach itself to the booking.
