An allergy free food shop.

Just though some might be interested in what's available if you are self catering off site
Gluten dairy free
Special K corn Flakes and rice crispies muffins bread and porridge
Pasta lasagne macaroni elbows and canalloni this is also dairy free
Flour pisbury complete baking flour no need to add anything made great
Yorkshire puddings or as the call them here pop overs
Almond potato and coconut flour Stove top stuffing ( this is a little bit more elusive ) but freely available around thanksgiving
WrapsGluten free low salt Soy Sauce /lea and Perrin this is also suitable for vegetarians gravy
Cake mixes cookies etc
Gluten free pretzels lots of flavours
Dairy free ice cream several flavours
Milk Soy Amond Coconut all available in plain or vanilla etc as are yougurt and spread
Available in Walmart Publix Winne Dixie and Aldi

I just love Publix Gluten free section go home with a case full of stuff but the pilsbury flour
Is a new one for me Sunday lunch with Yorkshire is back on the menu when we get home
