Presidents day public holiday

Hi
While we are in Orlando, this feb, there is a public holiday ( presidents day)
Is that a good time to do any bargain shopping as I believe public holidays they sometimes have sales on. Does anyone know if this is the case as I think the parks would be busy and I need to do the dreaded shopping at some stage for wifey!

They say they have sales for every holiday you can think of. Sales aren't the same here. There's a sale every week. Don't be fooled just because there's a big sign that says XXX DAY SALE.

Joan's convinced that they'll have a 3 for 3 at B&BW on President's Day hopefully spilling into Tuesday as I'm not driving to The Loop after we land on the Monday evening.

She's waiting for a 40% off email was well. One day in Nov 2015 she had a 3 for 3 and 40%. I think it was Veteran's Day.

We bought some suitcases at Macy's in Santa Barbara during the Presidents "week" sale. They should have been $500 for the two. They were offering 50% off and on the day we bought them another 10% off that. Then the guy deducted another 10% because we were tourists. So what should have been RRP $500 became $193.50. We were well pleased!

Always worth asking for a bit more discount at Macys. Apart from the overseas visitor's discount card and further discounts displayed on the shop floor we've found that the sales assistants always have an extra bar code discount under the counter.
