Up to now no bad reports, so if we can get the extra dates then I think we will change, it will make a nice change for us to have a relaxing holiday, as normally we are cleaning, shopping for things for the house and doing a big clean on the villa, so this holiday is just for us to chill and relax.

What's the difference between Sal and Boa Vista? Is one better than the other?

Abit more life around Sal, the small town of Santa Maria is real nice. Food/Drink quite cheap

We have just booked to go to Boa in June. Was going through the booking process for a 10 day holiday (already cheaper than many European sun destinations), and the First Choice website advised us that if we stayed an additional night, it would be £200 LESS. Factor in the £150 voucher code and we got 11 nights AL at a four star hotel (with predominantly 5 star TripAdvisor reviews) for just £1600

A friend went in May last year and they loved it
The hotel was a Melia and fairly new.

When they got to the airport to come home there was a problem with the plane and some people couldn't fly so they took them back including my friend and her family.
They were pleased to be put back in the same hotel with the bonus of an upgraded room for an extra 2 nights.
