Linking tickets in MDE

Hi

I've just linked my tickets up to my MDE account. My daughters ticket has linked immediately, however mine & my husbands don't appear. But if I try to do it again it tells me that that reference number has already been linked. Is this normal? Does it just take a while to sort itself out in the system or have I gone wrong somewhere?

Woken up this morning and tickets still aren't appearing under my reservations & tickets... however they do appear under magic bands & cards...

Think a call to Disney is in order.

Has anyone got any ideas? My fastpass window opens at 11am today, but until these tickets are linked properly I can't book them. Disney just keep telling me to call tech services but they don't open til midday...

Hi Moana I'm sorry I can't help you on this one as I haven't got to that stage yet for our holiday but wanted to know whether you got this sorted? I hope so 😊.

I was panicking a bit this morning 🙈 But got through to Disney and it was a problem with them, which they fixed for me and then the lady on the phone helped me book my first lot of fast passes, so all worked out ok.
