Geting to Guernsey From North West ?

Just wondered if any one could advise the cheapest/ best way to get to Guernsey in the next few weeks (haven't got a fixed date yet) from the Cheshire Area of the country.
I need to organise a 2 day business trip to the island to visit a company there (so weekday preferable - though may be able to a weekend, not sure),
Don't want to drive down to the South Coast as there would be 4 of us in a car and it would take too long. So looking to fly from Liverpool, Manchester, EMA ... Birmingham at a push but least easy airport.

Would it be better/ cheaper to fly to Jersey and take a ferry over to Guernsey for the day ? Or is there another quicker way ?

Ideally flights need to come in sub., or around £100.

Any Channel Island travel experts on the Dibb ?

I would fly from Manchester given your location as the ferry you would need to travel down south for .

Thanks for the replies - looked at the Manchester route.

Just found that Easy Jet from Liverpool to Jersey are about half that price ... BUT how easy/ cheap would it be to get from Jersey to Guernsey ?

...thinking of a ferry rather than flying for that particular leg of the journey - but no idea on cost, frequency or even time it might take ?

The airport in Jersey is not that close to the ferry - so you'd have to pay for a taxi. By far the easiest way is to fly with Aurigny from Manchester. I think Flybe also go from Birmingham (or they certainly did - my family went via Birmingham when they came from Guernsey to my wedding).
