Disney tickets through Virgin Holidays - help with reference

I purchased my tickets through VH. Today is the 30 day mark, which means I should be able to print my holiday docs which will contain the booking reference number for Disney so that I can then link to MDE for fast pass booking. Documents not yet released so spoke with VH on their live chat and they gave me a reference that starts with HV, however MDE is saying it's an invalid reference.

Do any of you know what VH Disney tickets usually start with? Is this a correct reference?

My Virgin reference number has always worked well in advance at least 180 days, no need to wait for documents.

Hi,
I was on ticket ref countdown this week as ours were due to be released 16 March. I actually got an email on 15 March to say they were ready so I logged in and downloaded the voucher which had our Disney ticket code... this code worked first time on MDE.

For info our code started NIK which is the beginning of my name so not sure if coincidence or part of the reference formula.

I couldn't see any reference on our vouchers starting HV.
