Buying wine

I'm hoping this post isn't offensive to anybody.

We're staying in Bahama Bay Resort at the end of next month and have never stayed in this area before. We like having a few glasses of wine with our meals but are not aware of what stores are available in the US192 / US 27 area.

Any suggestions gratefully received.

Thanks guys.

I was thinking those two would be a good bet anyway but DH was fretting over how there's not an ABC Liquor Store near us etc etc He doesn't like his routine being changed and would quite happily stay in the same hotel every time

If you use the 192 to travel to/from WDW you'll pass two Publix. They are both on the westbound side so easy to pop in on your way "home" from the parks.

One of them is two sets of lights past the Formosa Gardens turning, and the next is about half a mile before the junction of the 27.

The first one definitely has a liquor store next door, but there's plenty of choice of wine in Publix.

The ABC liquor store is my favourite and thankfully there is one opposite Medevial Times just up the road from us. Its usually our second stop off after grocery shopping in Walmart.

There is a liquor store next to the Publix at Berry Town Centre (which is your closest), but I can't remember the name.

We got some lovely wine from Publix, also Walmart which isn't far away on H27.

You should try the new hot spot on International Drive (Pointe Orlando)

The Grape

Sounds like something you'd enjoy!

My MIL was just here visiting and she was surprised when I pulled into a petrol station after she'd requested to stop for a bottle of wine. She came out quite pleased... it was already chilled! :-D
