Yes, it is my choice. I also believe that animals should be kept/left alone in their natural habitats and I don't want to get into an argument either. Which is why I'm taking my son on an airboat so he can see all kinds of wildlife in the wild! But I can say the same thing about Seaworld, Animal Kingdom, Discovery Cove etc. But without zoo's and safari parks how can people, especially children, get to see all kinds of wonderful creatures and be educated about them?

Got to come back at ya. Try going to where they live in the wild. That's my last comment on this post.

No problem, you have put your opinion across. But I think I've already said that the reason I'm taking my son on an airboat is exactly that...To see where animals live in the wild!

We did wild willys, it was great, the 2 gators they have were abandoned by the mum so that's why they have them I think

My opinion is that a baby gator belongs with its mother in the wild, gator mothers are actually very nurturing toward their babies, why should any little one be deprived of his mother’s love?

Also, there are very strict rules about wildlife in Florida. You cannot rescue baby gators that have been "abandoned" by their mother, as it's against the law.

They did tell us why they had the little gators there but I cannot for the life of me remember! Thats old age for you. But they certainly hadn't just plucked them from the wild. They are a very good company imo.

We went with Wild Willys a couple of years back and loved it. We got to hold the gators for ages (as we were only ones at the time) told us all about them as there were 2. No rush let us take as many photos and video as we liked.Willy even took the camera off us and was filming us with them. The gators are not taped up either.
