Alamo - disney care centre or disney dolphin?

We are thinking of hiring a car for a week, midway through our stay in Lake Buena Vista. Has anyone any experience of picking up from either of the above locations with Alamo please? And which would be easier to get to for collection? Thanks

Have hired from the Swolphin before, it's ok, go to the desk in the lobby to do the paper work, then a valet brings the car round, so you don't get to choose the car. I'm sure you can "tip" the valet if you want something different :-)

Not done the car care centre. Doing the Swolphin again this yeat, handy if on site at Disney, bus to DHS or EPCOT and walk.

Just back from using the Car Care Centre. Used free-phone in hotel lobby to arrange a pick up at at time that suited us. Nice man in blue Alamo mini-bus picked me up - only passenger. Took me to the DCCC and I quickly signed the papers. No hassle - no selling other products I don't want. Didn't get to pick the car - was just told a row and number. Back at the hotel in 40 minutes. Took most time trying to work out how to start the car!

As is usual with Hotel pick ups there will be a limited choice of cars as there isn't the room to store many.
That's not to say they're no good though just an observation.
Drove past the CCC yesterday, probably about 70 cars there, maybe more?
Probably depends where you are staying which is the best location.

Hi NigelP, were you staying at a Disney hotel? We are staying at All Star Sports and were hoping to get concierge to call for us but if there is a free phone that would be great

Yes, staying at the Beach Club. They have free-phones on the lobby and other areas of the hotel. It was no hassle.
