I had this problem a few months ago with a us groupon offer. I contacted customer service but by the time they sorted it the offer had sold out! Groupon did credit $10 to my account for the inconvienience. Doesnt help much in resolving your issue but worth raising a complaint!

Heard back from them and they said it states on the starbucks gift card groupon 'us only' most dont specify that so prob why it wont go through. Be interested to know if anyone has got this recently (maybe a new change)

I've been having same problems but finally managed to crack the Starbucks offer by using a VPN and then paid by using my FairFx card without any problem.
