Hi, is it cheaper to buy perfume at duty free at LGW on the way out or while we are there?

Never found any great offers on fragrances over in Orlando - actually the duty free don't 'give it away' either. Just do a little research before you go on what you are after. Sometimes the duty free do 3 for 2 offers (Clinique last time in Manchester) but if you have a Perfume Shop on the high street, or watch for the half price offers in Superdrug etc, you'll probably do just as well over here.

Not as much fun though!

I did actually buy some Angel at duty free but I only bought that because I looked up the duty free price beforehand it was cheaper than the high street, but not by much I have to say.
At least I had the 'fun' of buying it at Gatwick ahead of my holiday!

Thank you. I remember when we went to Orlando in 2003 there was a shop in one of the malls selling testers and a got a huge bottle of one of my favourites and it was reasonable. So I'l think I'll have a good look in duty free !

I made a note of what I wanted and priced it up online at Boots, Debenhams and Macy's. When I got to the airport I checked the prices to see if it was cheaper. Found that Estée Lauder was cheaper at Macy's but the others were cheaper at airport.
