We wanted to let you know that from 6th June 2018 we are amending our returns policy - this is for customers without nextunlimited only, so you will be unaffected by this change.

Customers who have not subscribed to nextunlimited will be charged £1 each time a courier collects a return, or each time they send us a return via a Hermes ParcelShop. The charge is per collection, no matter how many parcels are returned at the same time. Depending on how the customer has paid for the items returned, it will be charged to their nextpay account, or will be deducted from the amount refunded to their debit/credit card.

Returns for nextunlimited customers will remain free for all fashion items collected from your home. Returns to store will also remain completely free. There has been no change to the charges for collection of large and bulky items.
