We used Navmii last year and found it very good. I stored all the addresses before we left home and any more we needed while there I just used free wifi in the hotel.

We have been lucky enough over the last 4 years to get cars with navigation, however friends all swear by Navmii, without any issues at all.

Here and Google Maps for me, both offer downloadable maps. I just download the area I'm in. This means I can use the map without using mobile data (you wont get live traffic data), youll only need your GPS on your phone on, which dosnt cost anything

Exactly as I said in my post #2.
Download the Florida maps here and leave your phone on flight mode. You can still access wifi for things like WhatsApp and Facetime. Mick

Sorry I'm confused now. Before you leave home download the HERE app to your phone. It was over 4 years ago so can't remember exactly but then I recall you can download maps from the app. Do this at home as well.
Then when you're over there just treat it like a car satnav. I can't help with loading Points of Interest though as we never use one near the parks. But if you want Leu Gardens for instance and you're sitting in the hotel car park just start writing Leu and it should autocomplete. Press go or something like that and it will show you route options. Select one and off you go. Mick
