Refillable Mugs Changing Hotels

Hi,

We are staying 2 nights in Kidani Village before changing to Jambo House for 13 nights. If we buy a refillable mug on day 1 how do we ensure we can use it for our full stay?

They will be activated for length of stay. Ours have always had a 2 week date on them even when we have only been staying for a few days. I think they pop 2 weeks on as standard. Ours have always worked at each subsequent resort we have stayed at during the 2 week period.

Do we just tell the cashier that our stay is 15 nights when we first purchase them?

Yes although we had ours extended to 17 nights by showing our receipt.

We had the same. Even left to go on a cruise in between hotels and they still extended its use. Great service!
