Vegan party food help!?

My niece will be coming over at Christmas for buffet style food, but not sure of the obvious party foods that she could eat with her being a vegan. Has anyone got some ideas they could send my way pease?

Hummus and crudities, Linda McCartney Sausage Rolls, vegan cheese (Sainsbury's and Tesco stock them) with crackers (check cracker ingredients for milk) most bread is fine, serve with vegan margarine (sunflower, olive oil or soya), if you're up for making some bits most ready made pastry is vegan as it's made with vegetable oil instead of butter, you could make up some vegan vol au vents using mushrooms, tomatoes, avocado, you could do a mixed bean salad, cous cous (check ingredients for milk) a rice and bean salad... there's plenty

Also - just remembered that Holland and Barrett did a vegan party food box last Christmas, but you'll need a store near you that has a fridge/freezer section

Most pizza bases are vegan too. My colleague brought a lovely homemade roasted vegetable pizza to work, made with vegan cheese. Very tasty

Good shout! I buy the Tesco own brand ready rolled pizza base to use at home, really easy to thrown a load of toppings on to and pop in the oven for 20 mins. I add onions, sweetcorn, tomatoes, olives and peppers to mine.

Plenty of savoury ideas above so adding a sweet - if you have an Asda near by, their mince pies are now vegan.

Jus rol and morrisons ready to roll shortcrust pastry are vegan so can be turned into sweet or savoury treats that the whole party can eat, not just the vegan visitor.

My brother in law is vegan. He just brings his own stuff. That suits me.
