Key lime pie

I would like to make a key lime pie and have found recipes can vary between ones that you bake and no bake. Has anyone tried making either and which do you prefer?

I use the Carnation key lime pie recipe carnation/Recipes/6/Key-Lime-Pie

It's both delicious and fail safe and requires no cooking at all. I do cut down to 4 limes though as I find the mixture too runny with 5 and I leave it to chill overnight to make sure its set properly. I've also used ginger nut biscuits instead of digestives for a different take on it.

Baking causes a reaction between the lime juice and condensed milk which makes it set thus avoiding the need to leave in the fridge achieve the same result.

Before baking the mixture should be runny.

I made this last year for a thanksgiving celebration at work. Everyone loved it, including some American Guests we had over!
