Excellent 3-pin US plug adapter deal in Aldi today

Apologies if this has already been posted, or it's in the wrong place.

We all need plug adapters for our US trips but most of them for sale over here are only of the 2-pin type. These have two problems 1) they don't make an earth connection (they're not 'grounded' in American speak) and 2) they often keep dropping out of the socket under the weight of the plug and adapter.

Anyway in Aldi today they had a set of three proper 3-pin adapters for £1.99. That's less than the crummy 2-pin ones sold in Poundland etc.!

These Aldi ones look very good quality, lightweight and come with a 3 year warranty.

I don't know if this is just one of their weekly specials but if you go to Aldi it might be worth a look. I gather you can order them online as well but there's a bit of postage to add on. If you don't normally go there you might want to give them a ring first to check your store has them.
