Hmmm, topcashback for Disney booking

I am sure this morning that my topcashback amount this morning was Ł124 for next years trip that I booked on free dining launch day last month. This evening it is showing as only Ł55. Has this happened to anyone else?

This didn’t happen with my Disney booking but it did with a 3 mobile sim contract, the cash back amount seemed to change every time I logged in

I filled out a form on the Topcashback site and it eventually got sorted

TopCashback is never guaranteed.
We should have got Ł80 on a BA holiday; tracked at that then went down to zero for 11 months as we had to wait until we had returned on said flight etc.
Transaction was confirmed as payable at zero; raised a claim; came to nothing as BA declined the claim as they couldn't establish the % at time of booking.
Most of my TCB go through at the expected rate but a handful track or change to a different amount; a smaller number never make it to payable despite TCB chasing the merchant.

I was just wondering if anyone else had the same thing so a glitch somewhere or if I should raise a ticket. I have been using Topcashback regularly since 2009 and have also had things declined but I have never seen an amount drop by half in the space of a few hours after it saying an amount for 3 weeks.
