baby jogger?

Looking to buy a baby jogger city mini or gt when we go to America in July. Been looking online and there coming in at around $249-$349. Would rather buy new and bring it home than just hire one

Could someone tell me if this is before or after sales tax?

Or has anyone bought one whilst they have been out there and can give me a accurate pricing

Found out sales tax is around 7% on top
