$50 dilemma
Hi everyone, so I go to Florida again in August and decided to get my money while the rate was good, but I hadn't realized exactly how many $50 notes I was given, I was wondering if anyone know places that take them and if they accept them within Disney stores themselves, or I am going to have to find a way to change them before my trip.
Any advice would be a great help guys, thanks. |

I've honestly never had a problem spending $50 notes or even $100 notes in Disney - everywhere I tried accepted them. The same goes for other parks & shops in Orlando.
Just try to avoid where possible paying for small value items (below $2-3) with 50's if you can and you wont have a problem. If they don't want to accept your money then that's their loss, leave with your $50 and go elsewhere

You'll be ding dong with $50 notes Kazz - we take a lot of cash with us, mainly $100 and $50 bills and rarely does anybody bat an eyelid - the most we've seen is a cursory check of a $100. As Randal said, $50 note is a bit like our £20 notes.
Have a smashing holiday... diven't fret nee mare aboot thems notes hinny ... if still in fret mode send 'em to me, I'll happily spend 'em for you |
